Forum One OMR is a commercial mall by Prestige Group that is under construction now, and it will be opened to the public in 2027. It is located on OMR (Old Madras Road) in Perungudi, Chennai 600096. Irfan Razack is the owner of Forum One OMR.

The mall is spread over a huge area of 1.96 million sq. ft. It has hotels & offices and will be the biggest mall in Chennai when completed. It will also have an Old Age Home, Schools, & Church.

It is home to more than 100 retail shops and has a 5-floor building. There are retail shops on LG+G+UG+1F floors. The Theatre is on 2 and 4 Floors. The Hotels are present on the 5th Floor.

The construction of Forum One OMR is by Prestige Group, and it is one of the biggest malls in Chennai. Prestige Group owns ‘Forum Malls,’ and it plans to rebuild its mall with eight new properties in the next 4 years. This will include its biggest mall at Perungudi, OMR Chennai.
