• Retail – In the retail segment too, Prestige Group has completed 15 projects over a massive area of 10 mn sq ft
• Hospitality – To meet the demands of all customers, Prestige Group has completed 12 projects in the hospitality sector over an area of 4 mn sq ft

There are 57 projects that are ongoing now that are already launched in the real estate market in various cities of India by Prestige Group over 99 mn sq ft.

• Residential – Now, 41 residential projects are ongoing in the real estate market over an area of 72 mn sq ft by Prestige Group
• Commercial – Prestige Group has made its footprint in the commercial sector, too, where 12 projects are ongoing over 23 mn sq ft
• Retail - 1 big retail project is ongoing now by Prestige Group over a big area of 1 mn sq ft
• Hospitality – In the hospitality sector, 3 projects are now ongoing over a massive area of 3 mn sq ft

There are 62 projects that are upcoming by Prestige Group over 94 mn sq ft.

• Residential – To meet the residential needs of the people, 32 new projects are upcoming in the real estate market, over 69 mn sq ft
• Commercial – To meet the commercial needs of the people, 7 projects are upcoming over 8 mn sq ft
• Retail – In the retail market, 12 new projects are upcoming over a huge area of 13 mn sq ft
• Hospitality – In the hospitality sector, 11 new projects are now coming over 4 mn sq ft

In Q2 FY25, many new housing projects were launched, including Prestige Raintree Park, Prestige Pine Forest, and Prestige Forest Hills Phase 1. In Q1 FY25, new housing projects were launched that include Prestige King’s County and Prestige Camden Gardens. In Q2 FY25, new housing projects were completed, including Prestige Primrose Hills Phase 1 and Prestige Waterford.

The scale of operations exhibits that it has also got 75% of sales from new-launch projects. It shows a clear report of the size of business operations that is measured by the business's maximum output.
